dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the impact of the trust dimensions between partners (Computational trust, cognitive Trust, emotional trust) on the knowledge sharing in Joint Ventures Between Algerian and foreign firms Through the perspective of the joint venture workers. And to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed to identify the perceptions of Lafarge worker’s, where the research involved a sample of 75 worker. The most important results are: - there isn’t statistically significant effect (at the level 0.05 ≥ α) between trust between partners and knowledge sharing (in Lafarge Biskra). - There isn’t statistically significant impact (at the level 0.05 ≥ α) of Computational trust, cognitive Trust and emotional trust on the knowledge sharing (in Lafarge Biskra). - There isn’t statistically significant impact (at the level 0.05 ≥ α) of demographic variables (gender, age, academic qualification, years of experience) on respondents ' answers. Finally, we presented a set of recommendations to the company responsiblesen_US
