Abstract: This study aims to investigate the effect of the organizational justice on job satisfaction of the human resource at the public institution for neighborhood health in Laghouat. The sample included 60 workers from the permanent workers category. It was found that there was a statistically significant effect at the level of (α ≤0.05) to the organizational justice perceived on the job satisfaction of the workers of the public institution for neighborhood health in Laghouat, the existence of a statistically significant effect for the distributive and interactive justice on the job satisfactionof the workers of the institution, the lack of a statistically significant effect of procedural justice on the perceived job satisfaction, and therefore, a set of recommendations for organizations of different types were suggested to be interested in this subject because of its positive effects on it and its human resources.
