dc.description.abstract | Knowing that the health organization integrates a large number of interacting entities with dynamic behaviors, hospital systems are seen as complex systems. The actors of the system, in interaction with different objectives, generate important information and it is important for these structures to implement an information system. In this context, this paper deals with the implementation of an information system for a health care service. The adopted approach is to design an information system for hospital systems based on a generic representation of a complex system. The contribution of this work allows showing a hospital system as a care production system, regardless of system characteristics. The validation of the approach is made through its application on a case study which is a service in a hospital. The exploitation of the realized information system allows a performance assessment of the service. | en_US |
