Algerian business performance reviewen_US
The performance of the Central Administration of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (ACMENFP) in Morocco is measured from its ability to steer the education system as a whole. Training is a resource, a solution, at the disposal of the company as well as the public administration in order to have the necessary skills. It is these skills that ensure the performance and success of projects. Continuing Education (CF) is not an end in itself; it is an answer or tool for organizational change. Are the expectations at the workstation level in the ACMENFP to invite officials to promote the establishment and institutionalization of the CF? In other words, how can we describe the relationship between the job and continuing education in the ACMENFP? What can be concluded? And what recommendations can be formulated? These are the questions to which we will seek answers through a literature review and an empirical inquiry.en_US
