This research aims to highlight the role of this board in improving the drafting of organic laws, through conformity control. Its implications revolve around the impact of conformity control on organic laws on the quality of the legal base. We address the topic through three axes, on the first axis, to the concept of conformity control over organic law, while in the second axis we deal with the Constitutional Council's oversight of the formal aspect of organic law, and the third focuses on the form of control over the substantive aspect of the drafting of its rules. . One of the fundamental results obtained through research is that the Constitutional Council has a fundamental role to play in improving the drafting of legal texts, especially the organic law, which requires mandatory conformity control prior to the issuance of the text, focusing on both the formal and the substantive aspects of it, and in particular the formulation of the headings and terms of the text
