Abstract: The globalization of international crime has been an issue of great interest among researchers in the field of international relations. The fact that this phenomenon leads to the unbalance in the system of the traditional international relations necessitated a solution that would be appropriate to the impacts of the crimes committed against peoples wither they are crimes of individuals or states. Undoubtedly, the globalization of the crime requires a radical change regarding the territorial sovereignty that was considered as a barrier against the realization of international justice. This issue requires an international agreement as it is important to protect the humankind from the devastating effects of the increasing international crime. Which can lead to the destruction of humanity.
