Abstract

Today, the world is facing the most serious crime affecting the entity of our children: the crime of trafficking in children, which has spread and expanded into an international dimension, and the international community, aware of how important it is to confront this crime, has been addressed by several international conventions, where they have all been unanimous on a single, comprehensive definition of this crime, in the same way, the positive laws, including the Algerian Penal Code, and to combat the crime of trafficking in children, require an effective strategy based on international cooperation.
