In the absence of thisinteractional justice, we are confrontedwith a lack of organizational trust and a decrease in individual and collective effectiveness, hence the escalation of organizationalproblemssuch as repeated absences, negligence, lack of discipline, etc., whichhinder the achievement of the organization's objectives.en_US
