Abstract: .The educational system knew several reforms ,most important of which came in guideline law of education dated on February 23, 2008 where the outline were identified to reform, dependence upon competency approach as an educational curriculum, his effective is proved in many countries, especially Alotglosksonian approach mainly depends on the field theory of psychology and knowledge of resources management. From this trend constituted the concept of competency approach where the learner becomes the center. To achieve that, committees has formed to care about syllabuses and specialized committees with materials, first known as the national Committee for syllabuses and the second known as committees specialized for materials. This study relied on productions issued by both committees. General reference for syllabuses for national committee for syllabuses, textbooks for specialized committee for syllabuses. This approach did not get rid of ideology directed by the official authority, where desired values are identified to reach its as final competencies. While unofficial ideology was directed with set of values that were covered with that eminent in final competencies, to show that we subjected textbook of Philosophy to analysis with a view to interrogate ideological values.
