The theoretical study aims to identify Munchausen's syndrome by delegation and simulating its diagnosis, considering that it is a new term in psychology and victimology, and also to identify it in field by conducting an interview with specialists in the fields of psychology, mental health and medicine, to ask them about their knowledge of this syndrome in theory and practice ; and the extent of its knowledge and presence in the Algerian society.
