dc.description.abstractThis article treats the question of the family trauma that characterizes the families of subjects having lived a traumatic violence in Algeria, and tends to consider what happened to these families, and more precisely in the way they react to an external traumatogene event touching one as of theirs. The author will try starting with a family psychoanalytical approach, being backed up on maintenance and the projective tests, to describe the family repercussions of the violence undergone by investing the quality of the envelopes containing, the quality of the family psychic link, and the type of the family mechanisms of defence used. The results clarify the presence of a family trauma at the majority of the families composing our group of research. However, of « embers of resilience » were noted at certain family groups.en_US
