dc.description.abstractThis study deals with the effect of personal characteristics on Entrepreneurial intention for Algerian women students. A quantitative method is adopted to collect information from 226 bachelor students of management randomly selected from Economics, Business and Management Sciences faculty of Jijel University. Anabela et al and Liñán and Chen models is used in the research questionnaire to collect data about personal characteristics and Entrepreneurial intention respectively. Data are analyzed with SPSS (version 18). The results show a significant influence of creativity and need for autonomy factors on the women students to start a new business. Meanwhile, locus of control, self-confidence, need for achievement and risk-taking are not predictable factors of the student’s entrepreneurial intention.en_US
