Poste-modernity uses to the reproduction of worship sociology of the Algerian company in the shade of social mobility

Abstract

What distinguishes our society generally, is the presence of contradictions, polemical and double dualisms in a way that attracts attention in politic, economic, social. There is a reality characterized by a duality contemporary features in old and structural heterogeneity, as well as contradictory patterns and paradigms, but coexisting. Is the dialectic of alienation, adoption, change, reproduction and continuation a local specificity that makes generals rules, laws to vote for political and economic decisions that comply with them?

In this article, the researchers are trying to clarify an idea that has contributed to the crystallization of their research entitled: skill and professionally mobility in the partnering institutions in Algeria. through the application of the global trends in various sectors and activities in the post-modernity are may be accompanied by a pattern of reproduction of the similar economics scenarios in Algeria. So, the article tries to verify the hypothesis that the Algerian institution reproduces the same outcome since the Algerian industrialization beginning, in despite the availability of indicators social mobility in the social caste of the local community. With discusses the interpretation of the traditional and modernity dualism of our society.

Through an intellectual stream of philosophy and contemporary sociology, this article discusses the following question:

Why the Algerian institution reproduces the same outcome of limited economic prospects and ways, in trying to keep up with the industrial and technological development as practitioner’s progression modernism?
