Abstract: The purpose of this study is trying to study one of the management concepts process which is work pressure, by trying to identify the most important variables causing it which is the organizational supervision. This study also attempts to identify the relationship of each of the most important indicators such as: the supervision pattern prevailing in the institution, the nature of rules and procedures bureaucracy, and participatory control on the work pressure variable within the company. Therefore, the research problem was focused on showing the extententd impact of organizational supervision on the level of work pressures of the worker in the institution, and to reveal some reasons behind the increasing pressure of the worker in the institution following the method of qualitative analysis.
