dc.description.abstract | This study aims to identify the psychological flow and its relation to the job performance of the permanent workers in the Directorate of Commerce in the state of Ouargla. The present study has reached the following results: There is a statistically significant relationship between the psychological flow and job performance of the permanent workers at the trade department in ouargala. There are differences of statistical significance in the psychological flow of permanent workers in the Department of Commerce ouargla attributed to the gender variable. There are no statistically significant differences in the psychological flow of permanent workers at the Directorate of Commerce in ouargala due to the variable of seniority. There were no statistically significant differences in job performance among the permanent workers at the Directorate of Commerce in ouargala due to the gender variable. 5-There are no statistically significant differences in job performance among the permanent workers at the Directorate of Commerce in ouargala due to the variable of seniority. | en_US |
