قيم المواطنة لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط وعلاقتها باتجاهاتهم نحو المنهاج الدراسي في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح طبيعة العلاقة بين قيم المواطنة والاتجاه نحو المنهاج الدراسي، وكذلك دراسة الفروق في قيم المواطنة بالنسبة لمتغيرات السن، المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط، واتبعنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، أما عينة الدراسة شملت 160 أستاذ تربية بدنية ورياضية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط لسنة 2018 في ولاية المسيلة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة طبق عليها مقياسي المواطنة والاتجاه نحو المنهاج الدراسي . ولفحص الفرضيات تم استخدام اختبار كاف تربيع (كا2) للكشف عن مستوى قيم المواطنة موضوع البحث لديهم و كذا طبيعة اتجاهاتهم نحو المنهاج الدراسي، ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون (Pearson) ، وكذلك اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي (One Way Anova) لدراسة الفروق في مستوى قيم المواطنة عند الأساتذة بالنسبة لمتغيرات السن، المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة وتم التوصل للنتائج التالية: - يتميز أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط بمستوى مرتفع من قيم المواطنة. - يتميز أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط باتجاهات إيجابية نحو المنهاج الدراسي. - لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين قيم المواطنة والاتجاه نحو المنهاج الدراسي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط لقيم المواطنة تعزى لمتغير السن. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط لقيم المواطنة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط لقيم المواطنة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. الكلمات الدالة: قيم المواطنة، الاستقلالية، التفكير الناقد، التسامح وقبول الآخر، التضامن، اتجاهات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية نحو المنهاج الدراسي.

The current study aims to clarify the nature of the relationship between the values of citizenship and the trend towards the curriculum, as well as studying the differences in the values of citizenship for the age variables, the academic qualification and the years of experience of the teachers of physical education and sports in the middle stage schools. The descriptive method was followed. The study sample consisted of 160 teachers of physical education and sports in the middle stage schools of the state of M'sila in 2018,which was chosen in the simple random way and the criteria of citizenship were applied to the curriculum. In order to examine hypotheses, the test (K 2 ),the Pearson correlation coefficient and the One Way Anova test were used and the following results were obtained: -The teachers of physical education and sports in the middle stage schools have a high level of citizenship values. -The teachers of physical education and sports in middle stage schools have positive directions towards the curriculum. -There is no statistically significant correlation between the values of citizenship and the tendency towards the curriculum of the teachers of physical education and sports in the middle stage schools -There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of teachers of physical education and sports in the middle stage schools to the values of citizenship according to the age variable. -There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of teachers of physical education and sports in the middle stage schools to the values of citizenship according to the variable of scientific qualification. -There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of teachers of physical education and sports in the middle stage schools to the values of citizenship according to the variable years of experience
