dc.description.abstractThe current study aimed to identify the level of academic adaptation among university students and studying this concept in light of ) sex, department and place of residence( variables, the researchers adopted the descriptive approach for this study. The researchers built a scale of academic adaptation to achieve the purpose of this study. The sample of the study consists of (100) students from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the University of Zain Achour Djelfa to achieve the aim of the study which were chosen in simple random. The researchers adopted the data analysis on SPSS v22. The results of the study showed that: 1. There is a high level of academic adaptation among the students. There are no statistically significant differences in the academic adaptation due to the variables (sex, department and residence).en_US
