Abstract: This study aimed to identify the relationship between the work environment undere- management and job satisfaction from the view of the employees on the civil status department of the municipalities of Ouargla city. The method which is used in this study is descriptive analytical approach. And in order to collect data from field, a questionnaire was applied to(200 employees) on the civil status department. The results of this study confirm the correlation between the work environment undere-management and job satisfaction from the workers’ view. Where the correlation coefficient value (R) is (0.666) and is statistically significant at (0.01)
