تأثير سكان ولاية ورقلة على استهلاك المياه من سنة 2012 إلى 2018 ثم التنبؤ بعدد سكان الولاية واستهلاكهم للمياه إلى غاية سنة 2030

Abstract

إن عدد السكان يتغير في المجتمع من فترة إلى أخرى سوآءا بالزيادة أو النقصان ويكون ذلك من خلال معدلات المواليد، الوفيات والهجرة. فالسكان يلعبون دور المحرك في عجلة التمية كونهم هم الحلقة الأهم في عملية الانتاج وفي نفس الوقت تتزايد استهلاكاتهم وطلباتهم لعديد المنتجات والخدمات، وللزيادة السكانية آثارا على مختلف المجالات الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية ....كما أنها تأدي الى التوسع العمراني وزيادة عدد المساكن وزيادة الاستهلاك ومن بين الاستهلاكات نجد استهلاك المياه والذي لا غنى لأحد عنه . وعليه ولمعرفة أثر السكان وتزايد اعدادهم على استهلاك المياه تم التطرق الى هذا موضوع أثر سكان ولاية ورقلة على استهلاك المياه من بدراسة تحليلية لاستهلاك المياه من سنة 2012 الى 2018 ثم القيام يتقديرات لعدد السكان واستهلاك المياه إلى غاية 2030. وانطلاقا من الفرضيات التي تم وضعها وتحليل المعطيات المتحصل عليها تم التوصل إلى أن استهلاك المياه في ولاية ورقلة يتأثر بعدد السكان، وعدد المساكن. كما تبين أن هناك توافق عدد السكان واستهلاك المياه وتوافق بين زيادة عدد المساكن واستهلاك المياه. الكلمات الدالة: عدد السكان، الاستهلاك، المياه، عدد المساكن. التنبؤ، السلاسل الزمنية، معدل المواليد، التزايد السكاني.
