دراسة القدرة التثبيطية لبعض مركبات الأزو

Abstract

في هذه الدراسة إختبرنا الفعالية البيولوجية لمركبات محضرة (A ,B,C ) على سبعة أنواع من البكتيريا: : Staphylococcus eureus ،Eschaerichia Coli،Protrus mirabilis ، Salmonella typhi ، klebsiella ، Streptococcu ، Pseudomonas aeruginos وثلاث أنواع من الفطريات وهي : Candida Albicans ، Aspergillus ، Fusarium لمعرفة ما مدى تثبيطها لهذه الأنواع ،فكانت النتائج كلها إيجابية لكل من البكتيريا والفطريات

In this study ,we tested the biological effectiveness of compounds prepared on seven types of bacteria : E-coli, proteus mirabilis ,Pseudomonas aeuginosa Salmonella, Stapheloccus eureus , Sterptocoque , Klebsiella ,and three types of fungi: Candida Albicans, Aspergillus, Fusarium, to determine the extent of inhibition of these species . he results were positive for both bacteria and fungus .

Dans cette étude , nous avons testé l’efficacité biologique de composés préparés sur sept types de bactéries : E-coli, proteus mirabilis ,Pseudomonas aeuginosa Salmonella, Stapheloccus eureus , Sterptocoque , Klebsiella,et trois types de champignons : Candida Albicans, Aspergillus, Fusarium, afin de déterminer l’étendue de l’inhibition de ces espéces . Les résultats ont été positifs pour les bactéries et les champignons
