هدفتالدراسةإلىالتعرفعلىدورالإتصالالرسميفيتحسينأداءالموردالبشريوذلكبالإجابةعلىالتساؤلالرئيسي : ماهيعلاقةالإتصالالرسميبالأداءالوظيفي؟وقدحاولنامنخلالهذهالدراسةالإجابةعلىهذاالتساؤلالرئيسيمنخلالالتساؤلاتالفرعيةالتالية: 1. هلهناكعلاقةبينالإتصالالنازلوكفاءةالموردالبشري؟ 2. هلهناكعلاقةبينالإتصالالصاعدوفاعليةالمواردالبشرية؟ 3. هليمكنالقولبأنهناكعلاقةبينالإتصالالأفقيوانتاجيةالعاملين؟ ولتحقيقأهدافالدراسةاعتمدناعلىاستبيانوزععلىعمالمؤسسةتوزيعالكهرباءوالغازبورقلة،فقداشتملالإستبيانعلىاربعةمحاوربحيثالمحورالأوليحتويعلىالبياناتالشخصيةوالمحاورالثلاثةالأخرىبناءاعلىتساؤلاتالدراسة،بحيثشملالإستبيان(26)سؤالا. حيثاستخدمناالمنهجالوصفيوذلكلتناسبهمعمتطلباتالدراسة،فقدتماختيارعينةمتمثلةفيالعمالالإداريينفيالمؤسسةوالبالغعددهم (63) عاملااداريالهذافقدتماختياراسلوبالحصرالشامل. حيثأفرزتالدراسةالنتائجالتالية: - أنهناكعلاقةبينالإتصالالنازلوكفاءةالموردالبشريفيالمؤسسةمحلالدراسة. - أنوجودالإتصالالصاعديساهمفيفاعليةالمواردالبشريةفيالمؤسسةمحلالدراسة. - أنالإتصالالأفقييساهمفيانتاجيةالعاملين. - وكنتيجةعامةللدراسةفقدتمإثباتأنالإتصالالرسميلهدورفيتحسينالأداءالوظيفيفيالمؤسسة.

he studay to identifiy the role of official communication in improving the perfarmance of the human resource by answrring the main question waht is the relationship bet ween farmal communication and job performance? We have tried through this study to answer the maim question through the following through the following sub-question. 1. is there a relationwhip between the downstream communication and the efficiency of the human resource? 2. Is there a relationship between the rising communication and the effectiveness of human resources? 3. Is there a relalionship between horizontal communication and warker productivity? - In order to achieve the objectives of the study we relied on the questionnaire distribtrd to the emparation in ouargla.the qustionnaire included foue axes˓ the first axis consisted of personal data and other axes based on the study questions˛the qurstionnaire included 25 question. - Where we used the descriptive approch suit he requirements of studaying A sample of 63 administrative workers was selected in this instituation. The comprehensive inventory method was chosen - Wehere the study produced the following results: - There is a relationship between thedowstream communication and the efficiency of the human resource in the instituation in question - There is a relationship betwenn the downstrean communication and the efficiency of the human - resource in the institution in quertion - Horzontal communication contributes to worker productivity - As general result of the study it has been shown that formal communication has a role in improving the Job performance of the institution.
