مدى تطبيق إجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية من وجهة نظر مستعملي المخابر التقنية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى تطبيق إجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية من وجهة نظر مستعملي المخابر التقنية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ،أجريت الدراسة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي في جمع المعلومات .تحليل النتائج كونه المنهج الملائم لطبيعة الموضوع ،وبالاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة وبعد التأكد من خصائصها السيكومترية توزيعها على عينة قوامها (129)من مستعملي المخابر التقنية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية ،وبعد معالجة البيانات باستعمال الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية 19 spss :أسفرت النتائج على مايلي : إلى أن هناك تطبيق لإجراءات الصحة المهنة من وجهة نظر مستعملي المخابر التقنية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ،كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن ليست هناك تطبيق لإجراءات السلامة المهنية من وجهة نظر مستعملي المخابر التقنية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة . وتم تفسير النتائج في الإطار النظري و الدراسات السابقة و كانت الإقتراحات كالتالي : -ضرورة مراجعة إجراءات السلامة المهنية بشكل دوري من أجل تحسينها وتطويرها ،وذلك بمتابعة شكاوى المستعملي المخابر وملاحظاتهم هذه الانشغالات .من خلال دفتر الملاحظات والاجتماعات الدورية .

Abstract: His study aims discovering the esctent of professional health and safety procedures application in laboratory users view at kasdi merbah university of ouargla .the study was done by using the discovering and descriptive method in collectin information ;analysing the results since it is the method that scuts The topic .we also used the questionnaire as a tool .after making sure Of its sychmetric characteristics and distributing it on a sample of 129 height from technical laboratory users at kasdi merbah university after the displays

Treatnent by using statistic>>>> fo sociology 19 spss the results were as follow:there is an application of professional health procedures in the view of technical laboratory users at kasdi merbah university of ouargla. The results have been interpreted in the previous study and the theoretical frame and we have suggested the following : the necessity of reviewing the professional health and safety procedures regularly to improve and develop them .that is by observing the laboratory users complaints and worries through regular meeting and observation book .
