The unreasoned exploitation and the bad stock management of water resources mobilized in the Saharan areas knew a certain evolution during the last decade, but disappointing results were recorded. All this, in spite of the orientations of the national policy inherent to the development of the Saharan agronomy option. Oued Righ region possesses a wealth hydrique important, Represented by two big water-bearing systems multilayer (the Continental Intercalary and the Complex terminal). These various tablecloths conceal potentialities hydrique important, which are exploited abundantly at present for agricultural. In spite of the availability of the resource, the resource of the water stays a problem in this region.
