Abstract: The objective of this study is to derive the standard or norm-referenced measurement for John Holland's scale of interest « form R » Considering the degree to which an individual obtains as a result of his performance on the test is meaningless and difficult to interpret or compare with the scores of other individuals on the same test unless they are Attributed to a reference group. The study was applied to a sample of 559 students from the first year secondary department in the state of Tlemcen Mostaganem and Sidi Bel Abbes selected according to the random method. To discuss and analyze the results of the study and We have based on the analytical descriptive approach and the statistical data package (SPSS) program. Based on the results of the percentiles We have determinates standard levels to judge the extent to which an individual has a certain type of interest distributed over three levels (low-medium- high).
