Abstract: Achieving indicators of the quality of life of human element is on of the indispensable factors in assessing the effectivenss of institutions on the different specialities depending on all aspects of the activities related to them because they are linked to the psychological(satisfaction) state of the individual which requires an acceptable level of psychological satisfaction and balance of separatist personality which affects positively on the roles of the individual in social life or professional .the quality of life with in organizations according to recent studies of the most important sources of professional we can therefore ti say that the ability of institutions to achieve Their objectives depends on the ( ability of) provision of psychological comfort and quality of life in general. The most important interventions are represented in the human element. The importance of the subject we wanted highlight the reality of the quality of life of secondary qchool teachers as on important human resources in the advancement in the educational institutions that will contribute to the formation of tomorrow frames and to meet the purposes of the study,we have applied the quality of life standard for the world health organization. OMS, according to the scale on a random sample of 300teachers and teachers of the educational institution of the state of Mostaganem.In a random sample of 100 professors who teach in the secondary schools of mostaganem.
