Abstract

الهدف من الدراسة هو المساهمة في استخراج المركبات الفعالة لنبات طبي ينتمي لعائلة Zygophyllaceaeمن خلال الدراسات تبين أن لها فوائد طبية منها معالجة الأمراض السرطانية في بدايتها وعلاج أمراض الجهاز البولي وغيرها. إن فعالية النبتة تعود إلى ما تحويه من عناصر فعالة وهذا يتطلب طرق كشف مختلفة فكان إجراء الكشف الأولي للنبات المدروس ضروري لمعرفة هذه المركبات حيث من النتائج المتحصل عليها نستنتج تواجد غالبيتها. احتواء النبات المدروس على المواد الفعالة أعطى ميزة كبيرة في التقويم البيولوجي، بناءا على هذا تم التطرق إلىكشف المركبات الكيميائية باستخدام كروماتوغرافيا الطبقة الرقيقة ،CCMومن خلال دراسة الفعالية البيولوجية تبين أن أغلب المستخلصات أبدت فعالية بيولوجية ضد مختلف البكتيريا المدروسة كما أبدت نتيجة إيجابية بالنسبة للفعالية المضادة للأكسدة

The effectiveness of the plant refers to its active elements and this requires different detection methods, the first detection for the plant was necessary to identify these compounds, according to the presence of the majority of these compounds. The presence of the active ingredients in the plant gives a great advantage to the biological evaluation. On this basis you have made an identification of chemical compounds using thin layer chromatography TLC. According to the study of the biological activity of the majority of the extracts shows an activity against the different bacteria studied and also its positive results for the antioxidant activity

Le but de cette étude est la contribution pour extraire les principes actifs d'une plante médicinale appartient à la famille Zygophylaceaeà traves les études, Il nous montre qu'il a des avantages y compris les traitements des maladies cancéreuses à ses début et le traitement des malades des voies urinaires. L'efficacité de la plante se réfère à ses éléments actifs et cela nécessite des méthodes de détection différentes, la première de détection pour la plante était nécessaire pour identifies ces composés, d'après les présences de la majorité de ces composés. La présence des principes actifs dans la plante donne un grand avantage à l'évaluation biologique.
