الأحزاب السياسية والبناء الـديمقـراطـي لدولة تونس 2011 - 2018

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة موضوع الأحزاب السياسية والبناء الديمقراطي لدولة تونس في الفترة الممتدة مابين 2011-2018 و تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة حول دور الأحزاب السياسية في ترسيخ البناء الديمقراطي لدولة تونس بعد 2011 ؟، وبإعتبار أن الأحزاب السياسية نواة النظام السياسي فالتجربة التونسية أثبتت أن العمل الحزبي الفعال والإيجابي يضفي دعما، لتحقيق البناء الديمقراطي في تونس. وبذلك إستطاعت تونس أن تحافظ على سيرورة التحول الديمقراطي بفعل وعي وقدرة الأحزاب السياسية على العمل وفق آليات الديمقراطية، وأن قوة العمل الحزبي كان سببا في ترسيخ البناء الديمقراطي لتونس. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثة في هذه الدراسة أن الأحزاب السياسية التونسية بالرغم من حداثة تكوينها وقلة خبرتها إلا أنها إستطاعت بواسطة قادتها والفاعلين السياسيين تحقيق سيرورة سليمة للتحول الديمقراطي في تونس، وقدرتها على التوافق والحوار وفق ما تحدده آلية العمل السياسي بمعايير ديمقراطية، أسس دولة ديمقراطية تكرس الحريات والعدالة الإجتماعية وسيادة القانون. The study dealt with the subject of the policy and democratic construction of the State of Tunisia in the period 2011-2018.The problem of the political parties in the consolidation of the democratic structure of the State of Tunisia after 2011? was concerned. One of the most important findings of this study is that Tunisian political parties, despite their modernity and lack of experience, have been able, through their leaders and political actors, to achieve a sound process of democratization in Tunisia and their ability to agree and dialogue as determined by the mechanism of political action by democratic standards. Le problème des partis politiques était de consolider la structure démocratique de l'État tunisien après 2011. Les partis politiques étant le noyau du système politique, l'expérience tunisienne a prouvé que le travail efficace des partis Afin de réaliser la construction démocratique en Tunisie. L’une des conclusions les plus importantes de cette étude est que les partis politiques tunisiens, malgré leur modernité et leur manque d’expérience, ont été en mesure, grâce à leurs dirigeants et à leurs acteurs politiques, de réaliser un processus de démocratisation sain en Tunisie et de parvenir à un accord et à un dialogue déterminés par le mécanisme d’action politique fondé sur des normes démocratiques.
