Détermination du potentiel de commercialisation des produits camelins dans quelques localités de Ouargla

Abstract

یھدف عملنا إلى تحدید والتعرف على نقاط البیع والتدفقات الخاصة بالمنتجین الرئیسیین من منتجات الإبل (اللبن واللحوم) في بعض المناطق من ورقلة ، ویستند ھذا بشكل أساسي إلى دراسة استقصائیة شملت 10 مربین و 25 جزارة ، 3 تجار حلیب و 50 مستھلك. یمكن تلخیص النتائج الرئیسیة على النحو التالي: قام 40 ٪ من الرعاة بإمتلاك قطعانھم عن طریق الشراء ، وتتكون الإبل من 65 ٪ إناث ، و 30 ٪ من الصغار ، و 5٪ من الذكور ، تربیة الإبل مع .٪ الأنواع الأخرى ھو الأكثر ھیمنة 60 ٪. وممارسة تربیة الإبل على وجھ الحصر تمثل 40 فیما یتعلق باللحوم ، فإن 4٪ فقط من الجزارین الذین تم مسحھم متخصصون حصریًا في بیع لحم الإبل ، وتبلغ الكمیة المباعة من 650 إلى 9500 دج بالنسبة للكبار ومن 850 إلى 1350 دج بالنسبة للصغار،أما بالنسبة للحلیب فھناك ثلاثة متاجر فقط في ثلاث مناطق مختلفة من سوق حلیب الإبل في المدینة بمعدل یتراوح بین 500 أو 600 دج أي 10 أضعاف سعر لتر حلیب البقر. غالبیة المستھلكین ھم من السكان الأصلیین ( 92 ٪) و 8 ٪ فقط ھم من غیر السكان الأصلیین.

Our work has as objective the identification and the census of the points of sales and flow for the two main camel products (milk, meat) in some localities of Ouargla, It is essentially based on a survey with 10 breeders, 25 butchers, 3 milk salers and 50 consumers. The main results are summarized as follows: 40% of breeders have got their herds by purchase. Camel herds are composed of females 65%, calves 30%, and males 5%. Camel breeding combined with other species is the most dominant with 60% and the practice of an exclusively camel breeding account for 40%. As regards meat, only 4% of surveyed butchers are exclusively specialized in the sale of camel meat, The quantity sold is 1 to 6 Kg/d, the current selling price ranges from 650 to 9500 DA for the adult and from 850 to 1350 DA for the young dromedary. As for milk, only 03 shops distributed in three different districts of the city sell camel milk at the rate of 500 to 600 DA or 10 times the price of a liter of cow’s milk. Consumers are for the majority aboriginal people (92%) and only 8% are non-natives.
