N This study , we tried to appreciate the amount of phenoilc compounds and flavonoids which showed that the amount of phenolic compounds were greater than the flavonoids. The DPPH test , we get found that IC50 value is much less than IC50of ascorbic acid in all extracts as we as conclude that henna plante Is very effective and an Anti – oxidant. The test of iron reduction we get foundthe values of AEAC were greater than one; This means that the extracts of the Henna plante has a reduction power better than VC. The chelation method of di-iron as to the results showed that all the extcrat leaves in methanol has higher chelation capacity batter than all the extracts-
