Abstract

يعد الحراك العربي من أكبر التحولات التي حدثت في الفترة من 2011 إلى 2018؛ إذ أسقط أطول الأنظمة السياسية عمرا وأكثرها استبدادا والجزائر من خلال تقاربها الجغرافي والسياسي والاقتصادي وحتى الاجتماعي، تأثرت بشكل كبير فكان هناك العديد من الاحتجاجات المطالبة بالتغيير والإصلاح، فاستجاب النظام بجملة من الإصلاحات والتعديلات غير المسبوقة لاحتواء الاحتقان الشعبي وتفادي انتقال الحراك العربي إلى الجزائر والإبقاء على النظام السياسي ومؤسساته..
