إستراتيجية الولايات المتحدة الامريكية في مكافحة الارهاب الدولي

Abstract

يعد الإرهاب الدولي ظاهرة لا تماثلية تستهدف أمن الدول ومصالحها الداخلية والخارجية ، وعانت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية من أعمال العنف والتطرف قبل أحداث 11من سبتمبر 2001، لكن بعد هذا الحدث شرعت في وضع استراتيجيات عديدة ومتنوعة لمواجهة هذا التهديد ، وسنتناول في هذه الدراسة كل من نموذج القاعدة وداعش . وكانتأهميةهذاالموضوعمقارنةاستراتيجيةالولاياتالمتحدةالأمريكيةفيمكافحةتنظيميالقاعدةوداعش. وتمثلت اشكالية الدراسة فيما يلي : كيف تطورت استراتيجية الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في مكافحة تنظيمي القاعدة وداعش؟ وتهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على استراتيجية الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في مكافحة تنظيمي القاعدة وداعش وقد استخدمنا لذلك المنهج المقارن وكانت نتائج الدراسة كالتالي: رغم استخدام الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لاستراتيجية العسكرية واستراتيجية القوة اللينة لم تنجح في القضاء على التنظيمين الارهابين .International terrorism is an asymmetric phenomenon aimed at the security of States and their internal and external interests,The United States suffered from acts of violence and extremism before the events of September 11, 2001, but after this event began to develop many different strategies to address this threat, and we will discuss in this study both the model of Al Qaeda and the organization of the Islamic State.
