إشكالية خروج بريطانيا من الإتحاد الأوروبي

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة تحليلية حول إشكالية خروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي، فيعتبر الخروج البريطاني من تحت مظلة الاتحاد الأوروبي احد أهم القضايا الراهنة التي يواجهها الاتحاد الأوروبي وبريطانيا معا، فبريطانيا اتخذت قرار الانفصال لتحقيق مصالحها الاقتصادية والسياسية والإستراتيجية خاصة مصالحها الداخلية، فقد أدلى البريطانيون في 23 جوان 2016 بأصواتهم حول خروجهم أو بقائهم داخل الاتحاد حيث أثارت نتائج الاستفتاء حالة من الخوف والقلق في الأوساط المالية والسياسية الأوروبية والعالمية، واعتبر قرار الخروج كتحدي للتجربة التكاملية الأوروبية، وستبين الدراسة ما افرزه الاستفتاء البريطاني من تأثيرات سياسية واقتصادية ومالية على بريطانيا وكذا الاتحاد الأوروبي ومست التأثيرات العديد من الدول التي لها علاقات اقتصادية وتجارية ومصالح مع بريطانيا.

Abstract : This study deals with an analytical study on the problem of Britain leaving the EU. The British exit from the EU is one of the most important current issues facing the EU and Britain together. Britain has decided to secede to achieve its economic, political and strategic interests, especially its internal interests ; On June 23, 2016, the British voted for their exit or stay within the Union, where the results of the referendum raised a state of fear and anxiety in the European and international financial and political circles. The exit decision was seen as a challenge to the European integration experience , The study will show the political, economic and financial effects of the British referendum on Britain as well as the European Union and the effects of many countries that have economic and trade relations and interests with Britain.

Sommaire Cette étude porte sur une étude analytique du problème de la sortie de la Grande-Bretagne de l’Union européenne, qui est l’un des problèmes les plus importants auxquels l’UE et la Grande-Bretagne sont actuellement confrontées.
