الوضعیة الحالیة لإنتاج الوبر و إمكانیة تثمینه في ولایة ورقلة

Abstract

Le but de cette étude est de suivre la production de fibre ( ouber ) de l'animal jusqu'au consommateur et d'examiner sa pureté par la connaissance de pourcentage du pureté . Nous avons choisi trois zones de la wilaya d’Ouargla à savoir (Ouargla, Touggourt et Taibat). Il a été constaté des fluctuations dans les différentes maillons de la filière fibre (ouber),et un manque au niveau de la commercialisation et de la fabrication. Les résultats de l’étude quantitative ont montrés que le poids de la toison varie de 0,7 à 4 kg brut et de 0,4 à 1,5 kg net. Le pourcentage de pureté varie de 83,6% à 91,3% fibres, le plus élevé est observé au niveau de l'abdomen et le plus bas dans le derrière de l’animal. Aussi les résultats ont montré que les meilleurs résultat sont étés observés dans la catégorie d’âge des jeunes ( une année ) ,et concernant les couleurs chez la couleur marron (rouge).

The objective of this study is to trace the fur production from the animal to the consumer , and to examine its purity by knowing the percentage of the purity . We have selected three areas from Ourgla state which are ( Ourgla, Touggourt and Taibat ). It has been found that there is a fluctuation in the different links of the fur division , and a lack of marketing and manufacturing . The results of the quantitative study has shown that the weight of the fleece is ranged from 0.7 to 4 raw and from 0.4 to 1.5 net. The percentage of the purity was from 83.6% to 91.3% fur. The highest percentage was in the abdomen and the lowest was in the buttock of the animal .The results has shown that the good fur was in the younger age ( 1 year ) , and the good colour was the brown ( red)

الهدف من هذه الد ا رسة تمثل في تتبع انتاج الوبر من الحیوان إلى المستهلك وفحص نقاوته بمعرفة نسبة التصافي.إخترنا ثلاثة مناطق من ولایة ورقلة متمثلة في (ورقلة, تقرت , الطیبات).فقد وجد أن هناك تذبذب في مختلف حلقات شعبة الوبر و نقص من ناحیة التسویق و التصنیع . أظهرت نتائج الد ا رسة الكمیة أن وزن الجزة قد ت ا روح من 0,7 إلى 4 خام و من 0,4 إلى 1,5 كلغ صافي, كما أن نسبة التصافي كانت من 83,6 % إلى 91,3 % وبر بحیث كانت أعلاها في البطن وأقلها في مؤخرة الحیوان.كما أظهرت النتائج أن الوبر الجید فیما یخص السن كان عند الفئة العمریة الصغرى (سنة واحدة ) و فیما یخص الألوان كان عند اللون البني (احمر).
