الأداء الجامعي ودوره فـي خـدمـة المجتمــــع دراسة حالة جـامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلـة للفترة 2010 الى 2018

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم الأداء الجامعي ودوره في خدمة المجتمع، التي تعتبر هذه الأخيرة أحد أهم وظائف الجامعة التي تضم مجموعة من الأعمال والنشاطات التي تقوم بها الجامعة من مؤتمرات وندوات وبحوث علمية تطبيقية التي تخدم المجتمع. وتناولت هذه الدراسة واقع الأداء الجامعي على مستوى جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة من خلال الدراسة الإستطلاعية للجداول الإحصائية من سنة 2010-2018 التي تتضمن مخرجات الجامعة المتمثلة في عدد الطلبة الخريجين في مختلف الأطوار الثلاث، البحوث العلمية بما فيها( المذكرات والرسائل والأطروحات والمقالات المنشورة)، وأيضا عدد الملتقيات والندوات والإتفاقيات التي تعقدها الجامعة. وبعد التحليل نتائج معطيات الجداول الإحصائية, تم التوصل إلى أن جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة قد حققت المستوى المطلوب كميا من خلال مخرجاتها العلمية.

The objective of this study is to get acquainted with the concept of performance of university and it's rule in society which consider the last one of most important functions of the university which concludes a number of workes and activities that the university act from conferences, seminars and scientific, technical researches which serves the society. And this study deals with deals with reality of the university performance on the level of the university of kasdi merbah ouargla through out the reconnaissance reading to the statistical schedules from 2010-2018 that consist the out put of the university represented in the number of graduated student in various three phases, the scientific research concluding (memories, letters and theses) and number of formus and symposiums that the university holds And after analyzing the results of the statistic schedules data، concluding was done that the university of kasdi merbah ouargla has achieved the level demanded quantitatively through out it's scientific output Cette étude vise à identifier le concept de performance universitaire et son role au service de la société, qui est l'une des fonction les plus importantes de l'université, qui comprend une gamme d'acvtivites et d'activites menées par l'université sous forme de conférences et séminaires et recherch scientifique appliqués au service de la communauté.

L'étude a examiné la réalité des performances universitaires au niveau des universités de kasdi merbah ouargla à travers l'etude exploratoire des tableaux statistiques de l'année 2010-2018, qui inclut les résultats de l'université représentés par le nombre d'étudiants diplomés aux trois stades, recherche scientifique comprentant(notes, lettres, théses et articles) Le nombre de réunions, séminaires et congrés organisés par l'université. Après analyse des résultats des données des tableaux statistique, il a été conclu que l'université de kasdi merbah ouargla avait atteint le niveau requis quantitivement grâce à ses produits scientifiques
