Abstract

عرفت الصحة اهتماما كبيرا لدى المجتمعات البشرية على إختلاف أنظمتها نظرا لما تحتله من مكانة مركزية في الحفاظ على عافية الفرد وتماسك الجماعة هذا الأخير الذي يعد الأساس والهدف الأسمى الذي ترمي لتحقيقه السياسات والأنظمة القائمة، لدى تعمل الدول جاهدة وبكل وسائلها لمحاولة تلبية هذا الهدف حيث تقر القوانين ومنه المؤسسات والهياكل لتحقيقه، لذلك برزت دراستنا هاته كمحاولة لفهم الخدمة الصحاية والمفاهيم المرتبطة بها عامة وفي الجزائر بشكل خاص بالتركيز على مفهوم التكوين الشبه طبي وطبيعة علاقته بتحسين الخدمة الصحية .لنعرض في دراستنا لفهم أعمق من خلال عرض مخرجات التكوين على الحالة الواقعية الميدانية من خلال ممارسات الممرضيين لخدمة الصحة في المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية سليمان عميرات تقرت.Health has given great importance to the human societies because of their central position in maintaining the well-being of the individual and the cohesion of the community, which is the foundation and ultimate goal of existing policies and regulations. States work hard to meet this goal. And this is the basis of our studies and structures to achieve this, so this study emerged as an attempt to understand the service and related concepts in general and in Algeria in particular by focusing on the concept of paramedical composition and the nature of its relationship to improve health service. Rajat configuration on the factual situation field through Almamrdaan practices to serve the public health in the hospital institution Suleiman Amirat Touggourt
