التفاعل اللفظي لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقته بدافعية الانجاز لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة الموجودة بين التفاعل اللفظي لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية والدافعية للإنجاز لدى التلاميذ والتعرف على مستوى التفاعل اللفظي لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية ، والكشف عن الفروق في مستوى التفاعل اللفظي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للمرحلة الثانوية تبعا لمتغير الخبرة المهنية، واستخدم الطالب المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في تلاميذ بعض ثانويات مدينة ورقلة والبالغ عددهم 90 تلميذا، و 9 أساتذة ، واعتمد الطالب على مقياسين: شبكة الملاحظة (فلاندرز) لقياس التفاعل اللفظي ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز ، وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا بواسطة المتوسط الحسابي ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون واختبار (ت) وأسلوب تحليل التباين الأحادي، وتوصل الطالب إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية بين التفاعل اللفظي لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية والدافعية للإنجاز لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية ، و وجود مستوى منخفض للتفاعل اللفظي لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية ، فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التفاعل اللفظي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للمرحلة الثانوية تبعا لمتغير الخبرة المهنية.

The study aimed to identify the relationship between the verbal interaction of the teacher of physical education and sports and motivation for achievement in the students and to identify the level of verbal interaction of the professor of physical education and sports, and to detect the differences in the level of verbal interaction of teachers of physical education and sports secondary stage according to the variable professional experience, The sample of the study consisted of students of some of the 90 secondary school principals of Ouargla, and 9 teachers. The student relied on two parameters: the observation network (Flanders) And the measure of motivation for achievement. The data were statistically calculated by mean of the arithmetic mean, Pearson correlation coefficient, T test, and the method of analysis of mono-variance, and the student reached a positive correlation between the verbal interaction of the teacher of physical education, sports and motivation for achievement in secondary students and the low level of interaction Verbal for the professor of physical education and sports, the differences of statistical significance in the level of verbal interaction of teachers of physical education and sports secondary stage depending on the variable professional experience.
