المسألة الأمازيغية في الجزائر بين الهوية والتسييس (1945- 2018)

Abstract

تعتبر المسألة الأمازيغية من القضايا الشائكة في مجتمعات المغرب العربي عامة والجزائر بصفة خاصة، حيث ولدت جدلا كبيرا تعود جذوره إلى فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي مرورا بمرحلة الاستقلال وما صاحبها من تطورات، وصولا إلى مرحلة التعددية الحزبية والتحول الديمقراطي. فغداة الاستقلال كانت مسألة الأمازيغية من المسائل التي لا يسمح النقاش فيها واعتبرت من المواضيع التي تهدد وحدة الشعب الجزائري، الوضع الذي أدى إلى تحريك مختلف فئات المجتمع في مناطق التواجد الأمازيغي مطالبين بإعادة النظر في الاعتراف بهويتهم الأمازيغية، إلا أن هذا المطلب بدأ يعرف أبعادا أخرى خاصة في عهد التعددية حيث انبثقت عن الأحزاب السياسية عدد من الحركات والتي تجد دعمها من الخارج، هذه الحركات أصبحت تطرح مطالب أخرى بعيدة عن البحث عن الهوية، وكان لزاما على السلطة الإسراع في إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لإرجاع المسألة الأمازيغية إلى مسارها الصحيح، وهو الاعتراف بالأمازيغية كإحدى المقومات الأساسية للمجتمع الجزائري إلى جانب كل من الإسلام والعربية

The Amazigh issue is a thorny issue in the societies of the Arab Maghreb in general and Algeria in particular, where it generated a great debate that dates back to the period of the French occupation, through the period of independence and the accompanying developments, to the stage of multi-party and democratic transformation. In the wake of independence, the issue of Amazigh was one of the issues that is not allowed to be discussed and considered one of the topics that threaten the unity of the Algerian people. This situation led to the movement of various groups of society in the Amazigh presence areas, demanding reconsideration of the recognition of their Amazigh identity. In the era of pluralism, where a number of movements emerged from the political parties and find their support from abroad, these movements have put forward other demands away from the search for identity, and the authorities had to rush to find appropriate solutions to bring the Amazigh issue back to its proper course, the recognition of Amazigh as one of the basic components of Algerian society alongside Islam and Arabic La question de l'amazigh est considérée comme l'une des questions les plus difficiles dans les sociétés du Maghreb arabe, y compris en Algérie, où elle a suscité un vaste débat depuis la période de l'occupation française jusqu'au stade de l'indépendance et des développements qui l'accompagnent, dans les systèmes et les constitutions, au stade de la transformation multipartite et démocratique, de l’indépendance.

La question de l'amazigh était l’une des questions qui ne permettait même pas de débattre et de prendre en compte des sujets qui menaçaient l’unité du peuple algérien, ce qui a entraîné le déplacement et mouvement de divers groupes de la société dans les zones de présence amazighe exigeant de reconsidérer la reconnaissance de leur identité amazighe. Cependant, cette revendication a commencé à connaître d'autres dimensions, en particulier à l'ère du pluralisme, où les partis politiques sont issus d'un certain nombre de mouvements qui trouvent leur place et soutien de l'étranger. Ces mouvements ont soulevé d’autres revendications qui sont loin de la recherche d’identité. La question amazighe est sur le point de reconnaître l’amazighe comme l’une des composantes fondamentales de la société algérienne, aux côtés de l’Islam et de l’Arabe.
