Abstract

تحمل الدراسة عنوان "الأمن القومي الجزائري من منظور المفكر والمناضل السياسي مولود قاسم نايت بلقاسم (دراسة في عمل المفكر)"، تهدف إلى استخلاص وفرز كل ما يدعم الرصيد الفكري لموضوع التنظير للأمن القومي الجزائري، من خلال البحث في الإشكالية التالية: هل تضمنت أعمال المفكر رؤى أو تصورات تتعلق بإشكالية ومعضلة تحقيق الأمن القومي للجزائر المعاصرة؟ ؛ توصلت إلى صحة الفرضية محل الدراسة وهي أن مساهمة المفكر تتضمن في جوهرها عناصر أساسية جديرة بصوغ رؤية شاملة مكتملة الأبعاد للأمن القومي الجزائري، في الحقبة المعاصرة.

L'étude porte le titre "La sécurité nationale algérienne du point de vue du penseur et militant politique Mouloud Kacem Naît Belkacem", qui vise à extraire et à trier tout ce qui soutient l'équilibre intellectuel du sujet de la théorie de la sécurité nationale algérienne en examinant les points suivants: problème: visions ou perceptions du problème et du dilemme de la réalisation de la sécurité nationale de l'Algérie contemporaine? .
