دور الرياضة المدرسية في انتقاء المواهب وتوجيهها إلى النوادي الرياضية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الاستطلاعية إلى، التعريف بدور الرياضة المدرسية في انتقاء المواهب وتوجيهها إلى النوادي الرياضية في الطور الثانوي ،ومدى مساهمة أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في اختيار المواهب المتواجدة داخل الأوساط المدرسية، وبالضبط في الطور الثانوي، وذلك من خلال انتقائهم وتوجيههم واكتشافهم في ضل الرياضة المدرسية، والمنافسات الرياضية ، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف طرحنا الأشكال التالي : ما دور الرياضة المدرسية في انتقاء المواهب وتوجيهها الى النوادي الرياضية ؟لحل الإشكالية تم وضع الفرضيات التالية :جهل الأستاذ لعملية الانتقاء والتوجيه داخل الوسط المدرسي يؤثر سلبا، البطولات الرياضية عامل أساسي في إمداد النوادي الرياضية بالمواهب ، إدراك المدرب الرياضي أهمية الانتقاء والتوجيه في إبراز الاعبين الموهوبين. تم الاعتماد على نوع واحد من أدوات جمع البيانات ،وتتمثل في الاستبيان، حيث تم الاستعانة ب23أستاذ لملأ الاستبيان المتعلق بالموضوع الدراسة ،كذلك تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة ،من خلال وصف النتائج التي تم التحصل عليها عبر حساب النسب المئوية ،وكانت نتائج الدراسة على النحو التالي : للرياضة المدرسية دور إيجابي في انتقاء المواهب وتوجيهها الى النوادي الرياضية ،كما تساهم في الكشف على المواهب الموجودة داخل الوسط المدرسي، والاعتناء بها لضمان تحقيق أحسن النتائج في المستقبل ،إلى أن هناك بعض التوصيات يجب الاشارة اليها وهي، مراعات الميول والرغبات ومطابقتها مع المهرات والمواهب، وضع روابط واتصالات بين المدارس والنوادي لدعم المواهب وسقلها، وضع أسس في عملية الانتقاء والتوجيه، زيارة المدربين للمؤسسات أثناء قيام بمنافسات رياضية.

The aim of this study is to introduce the role of school sport in the selection of talent and its orientation to sports clubs in the secondary stage, and the extent to which teachers of physical education and sports contribute to the selection of talents within the school community, and specifically in the secondary stage, through selection, guidance and discovery in school sports , And sports competitions, and to achieve these goals we put forward the following forms: What is the role of school sports in the selection of talent and guidance to sports clubs? To resolve the problem was developed the following assumptions: The professor's ignorance of the process of selection and guidance in the middle School affects negatively, sports tournaments a key factor in the supply of sports clubs with talent, awareness of the importance of sports instructor selection and guidance in highlighting the talented players. The questionnaire was used by 23 professors to fill out the questionnaire on the study topic. The descriptive approach was also used in the study by describing the results obtained by calculating percentages. The results of the study were as follows: next one : The school sport has a positive role in selecting the talent and directing it to the sports clubs. It also contributes to the detection of talent within the school and to take care of it to ensure the best results in the future. There are some recommendations that should be noted, taking into consideration the tendencies and desires, Establish links and contacts between schools and clubs to support and diversify talent, lay the foundations for selection and mentoring, and visit trainers for institutions during sports competitions.
