Abstract

نظراً للآفات التي إنتشرت في القارة الإفريقية و التي كانت نتاج الظاهرة الإستعمارية ،كهشاشة الأنظمة و إستبدادها و إنتشار معالم الفقر و تفشي الجريمة المنظمة و الظاهرة الإرهابية ،و أمام هاته الوضعية عمدت الدول الإفريقية لإيجاد حلول محلية و إقليمية لمشاكلها ، أين بدأت بتكوين منظمات و أليات على غرارا منظمة الوحدة الإفريقية و الإتحاد الإفريقي ، غير أن تطور الظاهرة الإرهابية جعل من الحلول السابقة غير مجدية الأمر الذي جعل من الدول الإفريقية و مبادرة من الجزائر تبحث عن آلية متطورة وأكثر كفاءة ، و تقوم على التنسيق و تبادل المعلومات الأمنية إقليميا ،وهذا ما تمثل في آلية الأفريبول التي سعدت من خلالها الدول الإفريقية محاربة الإرهاب و الجريمة المنظمة. وفي جل الآليات والمبادرات الرامية لإحلال السلم والأمن كانت الجزائر حاضرة وداعمتاً لها بفضل خبرتها ومقاربتها في مجال محاربة الإرهاب.Due to the pests that spread in the African continent, which were the product of the colonial phenomenon, such as the fragility of the regimes and the tyranny and the spread of the features of poverty and the spread of organized crime and terrorist phenomenon, and in front of this situation, the African countries to find local and regional solutions to their problems, where began to form organizations and mechanisms Such as the Organization of African Unity and the African Union, but the development of the terrorist phenomenon made the previous solutions useless, which made the African countries and the initiative of Algeria looking for a mechanism developed and more efficient, and based on regional coordination and exchange of security information , And this is what is represented in the mechanism of Afripol, in which the African countries were happy to fight terrorism and organized crime. In most of the mechanisms and initiatives aimed at bringing about peace and security, Algeria was present and supported by its experience and approach to the fight against terrorism.
