المطابقة في المنتجات الصيدلانية

Abstract

تعد الصناعة الصيدلانية أحد أهم الصناعات التي تتطلب تكنولوجية عالية المستوى و يَعرِف الطلب عليها ارتفاعا كبير بالدرجة الأولى فهي تعد من المنتجات الاستهلاكية لِما لها من مكانة مهمة تتعلق بصحة المستهلك حيث نجد أن الادوية تتقدم في قائمة المنتجات الصيدلانية الأمر الذي دفع السلطات المختصة في أغلب الدول بما فيها الجزائر بوضع ترسانة من القوانين تهدف إلى الالتزام بمطابقة المنتجات الصيدلانية مع المقاييس و المواصفات القانونية سواء كانت منتجات وطنية محلية أو منتجات مستوردة، بحيث تتدخل هيئات رقابية مختلفة لمراقبة هذا النوع من المنتجات سواء قبل أو بعد طرحها للتداول و في حالة عدم تطابقها تُتخذ عدة تدابير من شأنها حماية صحة المستهلك.

L’industrie pharmaceutique est l’une des industries les plus importantes nécessitant une technologie de haut niveau. C’est aussi une industrie qui connait une forte demande vu qu’elle fabrique des produits de consommation essentiel à la santé du consommateur. En effet, les médicaments figurent en tête de lice des produits pharmaceutiques ce qui a poussé les autorités de tutelle dans plusieurs pays dont L'Algérie, à mettre en place un arsenal juridique visant à assurer la conformité des produits pharmaceutiques aux normes et spécifications légales, qu'il s'agisse de produits nationaux ou de produits importés, de sorte que différents organismes de controle interviennent pour surveiller ce type de produits avant et après la commercialisation. Dans le cas de non-conformité, des mesures sont prises pour protéger la santé des consommateurs.

The pharmaceutical industry is one of the most important industries requiring high level technology. It is also an industry that has strong demand as it manufactures consumer products essential to the health of the consumer. Indeed, drugs are at the top of the list of pharmaceutical products which has pushed the authorities in several countries including Algeria, to establish a legal arsenal to ensure compliance of pharmaceutical products to legal standards and specifications, whether they are domestic products or imported products, so that different control bodies intervene to monitor this type of products before and after marketing.
