dc.description.abstractLa présente étude porte sur la contribution à l’étude de la biomasse microbienne tellurique de quelques biotopes dans la région de Ouargla en particulier dans les stations suivantes : Ain ElBeida, Sidi Khouiled et l’exploitation de l’université de Ouargla. Les échantillons de sol ont été prélevés à partir de la couche superficielle (0-30 cm). Les échantillons de sol ont subi des analyses physico-chimiques et microbiologiques afin d’étudier l’écologie microbienne tellurique dans les sols sahariens ; leur densité et leur diversité. La densité microbienne varie d’une station à l’autre sous l’influence des facteurs du milieu notamment l’humidité, le pH, la salinité,…etc. Le dénombrement des principaux groupes microbiens à savoir les bactéries et les champignons, révèle la prédominance de la microflore bactérienne suivie par la microflore fongique. L’observation microscopique a montré la présence des bactéries sous forme de bacilles Gram négatifs et positifs, dans les trois stations. L’identification des espèces fongiques selon les clés de détermination nous ont permis de d’identifier les espèces suivantes : Aspergillus awamori, Rihizopus sp , Penicillium, Aspergillus niger, Fusaruim sp. dc.description.abstractاخذ عينات التربة من الطبقة السطحية ) 0 لتحليلات فيزيائية، كيميائية وميكروبيولوجية وذلك لدراسة البيئة الميكروبية في التربة الصحراوية؛ كثافتها وتنوعها. الكثافة الميكروبية تختلف من منطقة لأخرى تحت تأثير عوامل الوسط خاصة الرطوبة، اس الهيدروجيني )دليل شوارد الهيدروجين(، درجة الملوحة...الخ. تعداد المجموعات الميكروبيلوجية الرئيسية خاصة البكتيريا والفطريات والذي يبين سيادة الكثافة البكتيرية في الوسط مقارنة بالكثافة الفطرية. واظهرت الملاحظة المجهرية وجود عصيات بكتيرية إيجابية وسلبية الغرام في المحطات الثلاث. تحديد الأنواع الفطرية حسب مفاتيح التعريف سمح لنا بالتعرف على Aspergillus awamori, Rihizopus sp , Penicillium, Aspergillis niger, Fusaruim sp : الأنواع التالية-
