استخدامات تكنولوجيا التعليم وتأثيرها على المردود الوظيفي لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن تأثير استخدامات تكنولوجيا التعليم على المردود الوظيفي للأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، حيث تكونت عينة دراستنا من 60 أستاذ وتم استعمال المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة واستعمال الحزم الإحصائية في عملية التفريغ وحساب معامل كا2 وتكرارات ونسب المئوية ومجاميع النسب المؤية . وقد تم عرض الاستمارة جمع المعلومات على عينة من المحكمين وحساب ثباته من خلال ألفا كرونباخ حيث أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: - لتكنولوجيا التعليم انعكاس علي المردود الوظيفي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية من وجهة نظرهم. - كلما زاد تحكم الأساتذة في استخدامات تكنولوجيا التعليم زادت نسبة المردود الوظيفي لأساتذة التربية من وجهة نظرهم. - توجد علاقة بين استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم والمردود الوظيفي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية من وجهة نظرهم. وفي الأخير تم الخروج بالتوصيات والاقتراحات .

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the use of educational technology on the functional yield of the teachers of physical education and sports. The study sample consisted of 60 professors. The descriptive approach was used in the study, the statistical packages were used in the process of unloading and calculating the Ka 2 coefficient, frequencies and percentages. The questionnaire was presented by collecting information on a sample of arbitrators and calculating its stability through Alpha Kronbach. The results showed the following: -The technology of education reflects the performance of the teachers of physical education and sports from their point of view. -The greater the control of professors in the use of technology education increased the proportion of the return of teachers of education from their point of view. -There is a relationship between the use of education technology and the functional return of professors of physical education and sports from their point of view. In the end, recommendations and suggestions were made
