الأزمة السورية في السياسة الخارجية الروسية والتركية (من 2011/2019)

Abstract

يسلط موضوع الدراسة الضوء على الأزمة السورية في السياسية الخارجية الروسية والتركية في الفترة الممتدة مابين 2011_2019،وجاء الاهتمام بالأزمة الدائرة في سوريا من زاوية التداعيات التي خلفتها الأزمة على العلاقات الدولية،وتعد روسيا وتركيا من بين أبرز الأطراف المحركة للأحداث في سوريا حاليا فالأبعاد الأمنية والسياسية والاقتصادية للأزمة السورية تدفع بكل من تركيا وروسيا التدخل حفاظا على مصالحهم الأساسية. فإن السلوك الخارجي لكل من تركيا وروسيا اتجاه الأزمة نابعا من الأهمية الجيواستراتيجية التي تعرفها منطقة الشرق الأوسط،ويتضح من خلال الأزمة أنه هنالك عودة لروسيا كلاعب دولي في التوازنات الدولية في حين تعرف تركيا اضطرابات في سياستها الإقليمية اتجاه الشرق الأوسط فهي تسعى لتفعيل هذا الدور الإقليمي في المشهد السوري.

The topic of the study highlights the Syrian crisis in the Russian and Turkish foreign policy in the period from 2011 to 2019,The attention was paid to the Syrian crisis in Syria from the perspective of the repercussions of the crisis on international relations. Russia and Turkey are among the most prominent players in the current events in Syria. The Syrian crisis is pushing both Turkey and Russia to intervene in order to preserve their fundamental interests. The external behavior of both Turkey and Russia towards the Syrian crisis stems from the geostrategic importance defined by the Middle East, It is clear through the crisis that Russia is returning as aninternational player in the international balance, Turkey knows its regional policy in the Middle East Syrian Scene.

L'étude met en lumière la crise syrienne dans les politiques étrangères russe et turque sur la période 2011-2019. La Syrie pousse la Turquie et la Russie à intervenir pour préserver leurs intérêts fondamentaux. Le comportement extérieur de la Turquie et de la Russie à l'égard de la crise découle de l'importance géostratégique du Moyen-Orient, qui montre clairement le retour de la Russie en tant qu'acteur international des équilibres internationaux, alors que la Turquie connaît les turbulences de sa politique régionale vis-à-vis du Moyen-Orient La scène syrienne.
