INVERSION SEXUELLE CHEZ OREOCHROMIS NILOTICUS DE LA STATION NATIONAL DE LA RECHERCHE ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT DE LA PECHE ET DE L’AQUACULTURE(CNRDPA) HASSIBEN ABDELLAH, OUARGLA

Abstract

l’ étude d'inversion sexuelle du tilapia du Nil (Oreochromis niloticus) qui consiste à obtenir une population d'individus phénotypiquement mâle, sous effet de choc thermique et l’effet d’hormone(Andriol Tistokaps capsul a 40mg), dans un milieu contrôlé .l’efficacité du traitement de choc thermique est confirmée par une population mâles est de 58.16%,et l’efficacité du traitement hormonale de65.3%,comparer à l’autre population d’alevin non traité équilibrée 30.86%. le poids moyen des individus estimé au cour de l’expériences vari suivant de taux des mâles. L’analyse statistique montre une différence significative entre la croissance pondérale des alevins traités, et les non traités pour l’ hormone13.53g, de choc thermique10.28 et de témoin11.13 . le taux de survie enregistrés chez les populations traités ce sont identiquequi présents de (98%) par rapport ceux non traité (82%).
