Abstract: This research paper revolves around the review of educational action in the composition of teachers in service and this address from most aspects related to it starting with the concept and importance and the principles on which it depends, through the justification to be adopted in the educational system and highlight the recent trends on which it is based. The content of pedagogical training for teachers during service in Algeria was also exposed as a model and the strategy on which this composition and its components were based in the Algerian educational system.
