dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to identify the level of organizational silence among faculty members and its most common manifestations in social and Human, sciences Institute (Ahmed zabana –Ghlizan University Centre) Adopting the descriptive method; the study included a of 35 professor, and the data were collected using the survey. Statistical analysis using spss showed a low level of organizational silence; yet fearing negative feedback from the director was the most common manifestation of the organizational silence, No significant differences according to sex, academic rank, or professional seniority.en_US
