dc.description.abstractThe present study aimed at revealing the relationship between burn out and self-esteem among nurses, the researcher used descriptive statistical approach, the sample of the study consisted of 225 nurses (128 males and 97 females) working in the public health institutions in wilaya of Mostaganem were taken in a simple random method, the researcher used the MASLASH burn-out scale, and the Cooper Smith Self-Esteem, the study concluded the following results: 1. Nurses working in public health institutions have a high level of burn out. 2. Nurses working in public health institutions have a low level of self-esteem. 3. There is an inverse correlation between burn out and self-esteem among nurses working in public health institutions.en_US
