CONTRIBUTION À L’ÉTUDE D’UN DIMENSIONNEMENT D’UNE SECTION DE DÉPROPANISEUR DANS L’UNITE GPL Z-CINA–HMD-

Abstract

Among the problems identified in the industrial complexes for the production of liquefied pètroleum gas) GPL (affiliated with the sonatrach company the impossibility to cover the needs of the local market in butaneButane and propanePropane gas, as we observed at the of the national corporation of commercial character of this vital material NAFTAL. To examine this problem, we have organized a training in the concerned company in coordination with Kasdi Merbah University where was chosen the industrial complex naili abd Elhalim, located in Hassi Messaoud working in the field of gas treatment, or it was created to cover the supply deficit of this product. The principle on which the project is based is to create a dépropanizer so that our study includes an overview of its work by simulations of the hysys program with manual calculation. Parmi les problèmes identifiés au niveau des complexes industriels de production de gaz de pétrole liquéfié) GPL( affilié au l‘ entreprise de sonatrach l‘Impossibilité de couvrir les besoins du marché local en gaz butaneButane et propanePropane ,comme nous l‘avons observé au niveau de la corporation nationale du caractère commercial de ce matériau vital NAFTAL. Pour examiner ce problème, nous avons organisé une formation dans l‘ entreprise concernée en coordination avec l‘Université de kasdi merbah ou a été choisi le complexe industriel naili abd Elhalim, situé à Hassi Messaoud qui travaille dans le domaine du traitement de gaz ,ou il a été créé pour couvrir le déficit de fourniture de ce produit . Le principe sur lequel basé le projet est de créer une dépropaniseur afin que notre étude inclue un aperçu de son travail par des simulations du programme hysys avec le calcul manuel. من بين المشاكل التي تعرفها المركبات الصناعية الخاصة بإنتاج غاز البترول المميع والتابعة لمؤسسة سونطراك عدم قدرتها على تغطية إحتياجات السوق المحلية من غاز البروبان والبوتان وهدَا مالاحظناه على مستوى المؤسسة الوطنية نفطال ذات الطابع التجاري لهده المادة الحيوية. لمعاينة هذه المشكلة إرتأينا تنظيم تربص داخل الشركة المعنية بالتنسيق مع جامعة قاصدي مرباح وتم إختيار المركب الصناعي نايلي عبد الحليم الواقع بحاسي مسعود والذي يعمل في مجال معالجة الغاز. المبدأ الذي يقوم عليه المشروع هو إنشاء عمود لفصل البروبان وتشتمل دراستنا على معاينة عمله عن طريق المحاكاة بواسطة برنامج الهيسيس مع المراجعة بالحساب اليدوي. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد أبعاد الوحدة المضافة والمتكونة من عمود التقطير ,مسخن, مكثف, جهاز إرجاع ومضخة
