The role of Algerian legislator in establishing family protection Under Order No. 05-02

Abstract

The family is the first cell in the construction of any society. It is the articular institution that establishes a small solidarity of society, as it provides the normal life of individuals and communities alike. Accordingly, the Algerian legislator attempted during the order 05-02 to establish an integrated and balanced legal system according to certain ideologies. Although some observations were made on this, and considering that the family is considered the base of human life and a strong building block in the building of nations, the Algerian legislator has shown the most important foundations and elements upon which this cell is based.
